To provide you with the most flexible and fair experience, we have outlined our cancellation and refund guidelines below. 1. Booking Cancellations and Refunds: - Up to 24 Hours Before Tour Departure: A full 100% refund is processed with no cancellation penalties. - Within 24 Hours of Tour Departure: No refund is provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, though date changes may be offered at the agency's discretion. 2. Cancellations by the Agency: If a tour is cancelled by our agency due to adverse weather, technical issues, or safety restrictions, participants will be offered an alternative tour date or a full 100% refund of the total purchase amount. 3. Reservation Changes: To modify your tour date or participant information, please contact us at least 24 hours before the tour departure. All changes are subject to operational availability. 4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during booking. Depending on card issuers and banking institutions, refunds may take between 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
