Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Holiday Mad (HEK-TUR TURİZM), we understand that travel plans can change. To provide you with the most flexible and fair experience, we have outlined our cancellation and refund guidelines below.
1. Booking Cancellations and Refunds:
- Up to 24 Hours Before Tour Departure: A full 100% refund is processed with no cancellation penalties.
- Within 24 Hours of Tour Departure: No refund is provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of departure, though date changes may be offered at the agency's discretion.
2. Cancellations by the Agency: If a tour is cancelled by our agency due to adverse weather, technical issues, or safety restrictions, participants will be offered an alternative tour date or a full 100% refund of the total purchase amount.
3. Reservation Changes: To modify your tour date or participant information, please contact us at least 24 hours before the tour departure. All changes are subject to operational availability.
4. Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method used during booking. Depending on card issuers and banking institutions, refunds may take between 3 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
